Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 3 nights per stay is required. A maximum of 9 guests per night. Housekeeping every third day is included in the price. Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$100 per service. Wireless Broadband internet access and local phone calls are free of charge. All other telephone calls will be charged to your credit card following your departure.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to your arrival will incur a booking fee of NZ$250.00. Cancellations within 15-30 days of your arrival will results in a charge of 25% of the total booking. Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card.
Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted at Spaview. We regret family pets and animals are not invited. We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay. Spaview Ltd reserves the right to charge your credit card with any breakage or damage costs that occur during your stay.
